Job Description:

PriorityOne Group is seeking a highly organized professional to support our sales department. The Sales administrator plays a key role in all aspects of the sales department, sales opportunities, and marketing. To be successful in this role an individual must be well organized, a team player, have excellent time management skills, and be driven. This position will include an external component leveraging current clients and vendor relationships as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • All sales related procurement tasks
  • Prepare, file and retrieve sales-related documents
  • Prepare and send sales proposals
  • Place and track orders with vendors
  • Interface with internal teams to ensure proper pre and post-delivery of solutions
  • Coordinate meetings and calls for technical support team
  • Retrieve client warranty information for the support team
  • Answer client account questions via phone and email
  • Manage the Procurement and inventory processes
  • Monitor shipment tracking
  • Overall vendor relationship Management
  • Assist managing company social media platforms and marketing events
  • Maintain marketing events calendar

Desired Skills & Experience:

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ Experience dealing with the key responsibility items above
  • Minimum 3 years Business to Business (B2B) Sales Experience
  • Vendor and contract Management Experience
  • Ability to demonstrate superior written and verbal communications skills
  • Background or aptitude in technology
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing workload efficiently
  • Highly Organized and self sufficient

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Managed Services
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA, Quosal and IT Glue
  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot
  • Experience with vendor licensing programs
  • Experience selling or supporting industry brands such as HP, HPE, Rukus, SOPHOS, Microsoft Office 365, GreenCloudand other similar products
